TBS Attorneys to Speak at CLE on Issues Facing Small and Mid-Sized Businesses

TBS attorneys Rodger Kohn, David Hoff, Janissa Strabuk and Paul Moomaw will speak about legal issues facing small and mid-sized companies on May 18, 2011 at the KCBA Advising Small and Mid-Sized Businesses CLE. The program focuses on common legal and business issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of a small to mid-sized company. Rodger, program chair, and David will discuss the ins and outs of raising capital. Janissa and Paul will talk about disputes among owners and strategies for resolving them.
