Litigation Associate Attorney (Seattle, WA)
Overview
Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, a boutique Seattle firm with a national reputation for solving complex legal problems, is seeking talented candidates for an associate position who are currently completing a clerkship or are looking to lateral with 3-5 years of broad-based experience in civil litigation and complex disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
This full-time position in Seattle presents an opportunity to work in a tight-knit, collaborative, and dynamic environment. Applicants must be able to take a substantial role in researching and writing briefs and a leading role in discovery, including depositions and motions practice, and a wide range of other tasks associated with complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, written and verbal communication skills, and work ethic as well as a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Clerkship or federal externship experience strongly preferred. Washington bar license or ability to waive into Washington bar a plus.

Salary Range
$160,000 – $190,000, and includes a competitive benefits package. Starting salary is dependent on experience
