Tousley Brain Stephens Appointed Local and Liaison Counsel for Lead Plaintiff in Securities Class Action Against WaMu

On March 16, 2010, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted final approval of the settlement of the surface flaking complaints in the class action Ross et al. v. Trex Company. Tousley Brain Stephens serves as co-lead counsel in the case.
