On April 17, Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC and Hausfield LLP filed a putative class action against Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau, Waldun Forest Products, LTD., Anbrook Industries LTD, and G&R Cedar LTD. alleging an antitrust conspiracy to fix the prices of cedar shakes and shingles.
