On December 16, 2013, Judge Jeffrey S. White, U.S. District Court Judge, Northern District of California, approved a nationwide settlement covering Trex composite decking, railing and fencing sold to consumers on and after August 1, 2004. The settlement provides three tiers of relief to address mold and mildew growth or spotting. Kim D. Stephens of Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC represented the class in the settlement.
