PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Arshia’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including class action litigation, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes.

During law school, Arshia served as an Executive Articles Editor on the Washington Law Review, worked at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where he represented the State of Washington before the King County District Court, and externed for the Honorable Justice Steven González at the Washington State Supreme Court.

Arshia also served as President of the Moot Court Honor Board and was a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association—where he competed in the National Trial Competition.
