New Werner Co, et al., U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, we successfully obtained free replacement ladders for a national class of approximately 300,000 consumers. The class alleged that Werner pull-down attic ladders were unreasonably dangerous because of defective hinges. The settlement was valued at $48 million dollars.
