IKO Defective Organic Roofing Shingles Class Action

TBS represents individuals and entities who purchased organic IKO roofing shingles under various brand names or product names, including but not limited to the following:

Chateau, Renaissance XL, Aristocrat, Total, Armour Seal, Superplus, Armour Lock, Royal Victorian, New Englander, Imperial Seal, Cathedral XL, Ultralock 25, Armour Plus 20, Armour Tite, Chateau Ultra Shadow (laminated organic), Cathedral XL, Crowne 30, Château East, and Chateau West

The complaint alleges IKO markets and warrants the roofing shingles to be durable, and offering long-lasting protection, stating its warranty as iron clad and setting the standard.  However, the plaintiffs contend that the roofing shingles are defectively designed and manufactured such that they fail prematurely causing damage to property.

You are just simply AMAZING and not only did you go completely above and beyond to ensure my daughter's trust was safe and secure, but every time I thought I couldn't go on, you constantly assured me that everything would be all right.
