On June 12, 2019 United States District Judge Joan B. Gottschall preliminarily approved a proposed settlement of $135 million. The proposed settlement provides class members with up to $2,500 per truck or up to $10,000 rebate off of a new truck, or the option to seek up to $15,000 per truck in out-of-pocket damages caused by the alleged defect.
