PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lidiya represents individuals and businesses in complex litigation, including class actions, securities, and real estate disputes.

Before joining Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in New Mexico’s Second Judicial District, where she gained extensive courtroom experience. Prior to that, Lidiya practiced family law and worked at a civil defense firm, representing clients in a wide range of matters, including high-conflict family litigation and insurance defense cases.

Lidiya earned her law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Law School Community. She was a member of the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Team and won first place for Best Written Brief and second place in Oral Advocacy at the national Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition. Additionally, she served as an Associate Editor of the Natural Resources Journal.
