Jacob D. C. Humphreys
Jake provides counseling and negotiation advice to clients on technology transactions and partnerships, including intellectual property licensing, software and hardware development and licensing, silicon design and manufacturing, and sponsored research. Jake also represents clients on commercial litigation matters ranging from intellectual property disputes, business torts, and breach of contract to real property disputes, consumer class actions, and antitrust. He has first- and second-chaired multiple cases to verdict in state and federal courts, and in arbitration.

Jake earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Business Management Operations from Washington State University.  He is licensed in Washington State and several federal jurisdictions.  For more information on Jake, please click here.

James Bulthuis
James focuses his practice on civil litigation, including consumer protection class actions, business disputes, breach of contract, construction defect, personal injury, wrongful death, and real estate litigation.  He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, as well as arbitrations. 

James earned his J.D. from Willamette University, College of Law and his undergraduate degree in Economics from Willamette University.  He is licensed in Washington State and several federal jurisdictions, including the U.S. Supreme Court.  For more information on James, please click here.
