Working cooperatively with Sound Transit and its lawyers, Kim D. Stephens recently resolved several condemnation cases for private parking lot owners in the SeaTac Airport area. Shortly before trial, Kim D. Stephens worked successfully to minimize the property take area and future development impacts while maximizing compensation for the property owners.
