Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC attorneys, Chris Brain, Kim Stephens, and Chase Alvord, were recognized recently as three of the 2015 Best Lawyers in America. Chris and Kim were selected by their peers as two of the best commercial litigators and real estate lawyers, while Chase was selected as a best construction lawyer. Kim was also selected by his peers as one of the best lawyers in eminent domain (condemnation) law, and securities litigation. Kim is also honored as the 2015 Best Real Estate Litigator for the Seattle metro area. This is his second year as the Best Real Estate Litigator in Seattle. Kim was previously selected in 2013.
