PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Romney focuses his practice on business, corporate and real estate matters. For more than 20 years, he has represented business owners and their companies in business planning; formation and financing; tax issues; and acquisitions and sales, as well as business owners' personal needs such as tax and estate planning. Additionally, Romney has been active in the area of real estate matters, having represented and worked with several real estate management, brokerage and construction companies.

Romney has negotiated and handled more than 50 multi-million dollar transactions in the areas of business acquisitions and sales, mergers, financing, and real estate transactions. Romney is highly experienced in handling a broad variety of complex legal transactions and has been actively involved in the formation and success of many Northwest businesses.
