Professional Experience
Nancy Pacharzina's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, and employment matters. She has participated in several actions brought against governments including the State of Washington; the City of Spokane and most recently the Government of Guam. Her class action cases involve defective home furnaces and roofing products, deceptively advertised pharmaceutical products, improper chargeback practices in the retail clothing industry, employment discrimination, and tax refund actions. In commercial litigation matters she represents companies in business sectors ranging from high tech to agricultural products distribution. Ms. Pacharzina handles employment issues for a variety of clients including several dental practices. She counsels employees and employers alike on issues related to non-competition and non-disclosure agreements and independent contractor status. She has also counseled several amateur sports organizations and amateur sports officials' associations regarding various regulatory issues.
Prior to practicing law Ms. Pacharzina worked for over a decade as an environmental engineer. She then graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Washington School of Law and spent a year clerking for the Honorable Richard M. Bilby in U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
