Tousley Brain Stephens would like to congratulate TBS client J&M Machine LLC and its founder Marjorie Langton, on J&M’s acquisition by Liberty Hall Capital Partners. J&M will be integrated into the LaCroix Industries division of Accurus Aerospace Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-quality aircraft parts and services. The transaction closed on May 31.
J&M’s transaction team included Brian Murphy, Mark Mennella and Aaron Franzheim at Meridian Capital, Bob Gruber of The Rainier Group, Lee Johnson of VWC CPAs as well as Rodger Kohn and Robert Shah from TBS. “We could not have reached such a great result without the support from a great team,” commented Marjorie Langton. “It was reassuring to have them on our side.”
