Noelle L. ChungAssociate

Professional Experience

Noelle focuses on commercial litigation, including intellectual property. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court in disputes involving trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, unfair trade practices, the First Amendment, securities, and contract, at the trial and appellate levels.

In law school, Noelle served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Nathan D. Mihara of California’s Court of Appeal (Sixth District) and the Honorable Lucy H. Koh when she served on the bench of the Santa Clara County Superior Court (now sitting in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California). Also in law school, Noelle clerked as an Honors Intern in the Antitrust Section of the Office of the Attorney General of California.
