Professional Experience

Jackie’s practice includes a variety of business matters. She assists clients with forming and operating businesses, including employee hiring, termination, and non-competition agreements, and federal and state wage and hour best practices.  Jackie helps individuals and businesses efficiently navigate and negotiate business transactions such as the purchase and sale of businesses and assets, and by analyzing and drafting contracts, leases, and licenses.  Jackie also represents clients in real estate transactions, including title work and financing.
