TBS Attorneys to Speak at Advising Small Business Seminar

Rodger Kohn will serve as program chair for the King County Bar Association's seminar entitled Advising Small Business being held Wednesday April 25 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. At this seminar, TBS lawyers Janissa Strabuk and Paul Moomaw will present on Disputes Among Business Owners and Dave Hoff will present on Basic Considerations for Raising Capital (including the latest on the new "crowd sourcing" legislation).
